Identifying Unique Ministry

Today I drove past a stack of about 6 trashcans. They were stacked pyramid style. To my understanding, there was no point to stack those trash cans, but they got my attention. Why?
They were different.
To date, I’ve never seen anything like them before. I dare say I’ll ever see it again unless I drive back past the home (which, I probably will). What is your church or ministry doing that is unique? We should all be building disciples, winning the lost, and healing the brokenhearted.
What specific thing makes your church or ministry unique?
